Title	HeLa Ki67 TurboID Biotin Pulldown LC-MS
Description	This project investigated the interactome of Ki67 by performing biotin affinity pulldown mass spectrometry on Ki67-TurboID tagged HeLa cells. By arresting cells in mitosis using Nocodazole, we were able to study proteins that interact with Ki67 at the mitotic periphery.
