PXD074301 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleEvdokimova_ProinflammatorySarcoma_TIMSTOFPRO2
DescriptionThis dataset consists of 10 raw MS files and associated peak lists and results files, acquired on a timsTOF Pro 2 mass spectrometer operated in Data Independent Acquisition mode. Samples were generated by Valentina Evdokimova. Sample processing and mass spectrometry acquisition was performed by Cassandra Wong. Analysis was performed by Cassandra Wong and Valentina Evdokimova. The files are associated with a manuscript submitted for publication by Valentina Evdokimova et al. The main goal of this paper was to demonstrate that Ewing sarcoma is associated with endogenous retroelement RNAs. Laszlo Radvanyi is the corresponding author of the manuscript (LRadvanyi@oicr.on.ca); Karen Colwill should be contacted for questions on this dataset (colwill@lunenfeld.ca)
