PXD074144-1

PXD074144 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleDivergence in surface protein exposure between reference and clinical Candida glabrata (Nakaseomyces glabratus) strains (ATCC 2001/CBS138 vs. BG2) – a preliminary proteomic perspective
DescriptionThis project compares the surfaceome of two Candida (Nakaseomyces) glabratus strains (ATCC 2001/CBS138 and BG2) across multiple culture conditions to determine how growth environment affects the composition and relative abundance of surface-exposed proteins. The dataset includes several conditions (YPD, RPMI planktonic, and RPMI biofilm) with biological replicates. This project was financially supported by the National Science Centre, Poland (grant number 2020/39/D/NZ6/00854).
