PXD074113-1

PXD074113 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleAssessing extracellular vesicle proteins as predictive biomarkers for developing type 1 diabetes
DescriptionProteomic data from human plasma from donors; grouped into islet autoimmunity (n=19) and control (n=17) individuals. Plasma extracellular vesicles were enriched using strong anion exchange (SAX) beads from Resyn Biosciences, and workflow automated on a KingFisher Flex platform. Samples were reduced, alkylated, and digested with trypsin (1:20 (w/w) enzyme-to-protein ratio). Samples were analyzed on the Orbitrap Astral MS. Data was searched with DIA-NN using PNNL's DMS processing pipeline.
