PXD073955-1

PXD073955 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleComparative proteomics profiling of Penicillium oxalicum under induction and repression of cellulase biosynthesis
DescriptionCompararive analysis of Penicillium oxalicum HP7-1 after cultured in medium containing 1% glucose and 1% Avicel respectively, in order to explaining the mechanism of cellulase and xylanase production at protein level. Identify the small proteins encoded by the predicted sORFs based on the genomic analysis using mass spectrometry and analyze their expression under cellulose-induction and non-induction conditions.
