Title	Single-Cell Proteomics Reveals Cytoplasmic Defects in Patl2-Deficient Oocytes Rescued by Spindle Transfer
Description	In vivo matured MII oocytes from Patl2-/- and Patl2+/+ female mice were collected for single-cell proteomics and prepared using a one-pot workflow. Data were acquired using a U3000 using a 30-minute trap-and-elute method in-line with a timsTOF Ultra operated in dia-PASEF mode.
