| Description | In our study, CASKIN1 was highly expressed in granulosa cells of ovaries from aged mice. We subsequently demonstrated that CASKIN1 induces oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction, thereby promoting granulosa cell apoptosis by enhancing nuclear expression of FOXO1. |
