PXD073112 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleAncient proteins identify Denisovan radius and teeth from Southwest China
DescriptionTwo parietal and one radius fragmentary hominin bones were identified from a systematical morphological prescreening of ~60,000 mammalian bone fragments and subsequent ZooMS analysis at Bianfu Cave in Yunan, Southwest China. Combined with two hominin teeth discovered during the excavation, all the five hominin specimens were attributed to Denisovans though shotgun palaeoproteomic analyses, SAP assignment and phylogenetic analyses.
