TitleIP-MS to identify proteins that interact with both influnza A virus HA protein and Piezo1 protein simultaneously
DescriptionThe HA-His(WSN) and Piezo1-Flag plasmids were simultaneously transfected into A549 cells. After 24 hours of transfection, the COIP experiment was conducted. The proteins were enriched using Anti-His and Anti-Flag antibodies, and then protein identification was performed using LC/MS.
