PXD072975-1

PXD072975 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleTriglyceride induces ‌endoplasmic reticulum lipid bilayer stress to activate PERK and enhance antifungal immunity
DescriptionTriglyceride synthesis promotes the activation of C-type lectin receptors signaling pathway upon fungal infection‌. Triglyceride synthesis induces endoplasmic reticulum lipid bilayer stress and activates the PERK kinase after fungal stimulation. PERK mediates autophagic degradation of SHP-1 to amplify the SYK-associated antifungal signaling.
