Description	This dataset contains hepatic proteomics data of goats (Capra hircus). The present study aims to investigate the molecular mechanisms by which E. faecalis JM263 alleviates high-concentrate diet (HCD)-induced liver injury via the gut-liver axis. Liver tissue samples were collected from different experimental groups: the control group (CON), the HCD group, and the HCD group supplemented with E. faecalis JM263.
