| Title | Time-Course Sampled Axenic Prochlorococcus marinus MED4 Proteomics |
| Description | Prochlorococcus marinus MED4 uninfected axenic cell cultures for LC-MS proteome analysis of time sampled circadian experiments. Peptides were extracted using the MPLEx protocol (PubMed: 27822525) from cell pellet samples and prepared for DIA for LC-MS. Data was searched with DIA-NN using PNNL's DMS processing pipeline. Normalized protein counts (log2) were generated using intensity-based absolute quantification (iBAQ) for downstream flux balance analysis. Processed results files have been packaged under the NW-BRaVE project dataset DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18022273 |
