DescriptionInterferon tau (IFNT) is widely considered the indispensable embryonic signal for maternal recognition of pregnancy in ruminants. Here, we performed a loss of function study by IFNT KO and analyzed conditioned media of bovine embryos and trophectoderm as well as uterine samples from recipients by LC-MS/MS.
