PXD072015 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Protein-protein interactions of GTSF-1 in P. pacificus |
| Description | A mass spectrometry-based label-free proteomics analysis was performed to study the protein binders of GTSF-1 in P. pacificus. Anti-GTSF-1 pull-downs were performed on wild-type and gtsf-1 deletion strains of P. pacificus. Proteins were digested by trypsin. Peptides were measured on an Q Exactive Plus Orbitrap mass spectrometer. Raw data files were processed by MaxQuant software (version 2.1.3.0) using its built-in Andromeda search engine. MS/MS spectra were searched against a target-decoy database containing the forward and reverse protein sequences of the UniProt reference proteomes of P. pacificus (release 2023_03; 26,122 entries) and E. coli K-12 (release 2023_01; 5,064 entries) and a default list of common contaminants. False discovery rate (FDR) was set to 1% at both peptide and protein levels. |
