PXD072012 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProtein-protein interactions of GTSF-1 and RRF-3 in C. elegans
DescriptionA mass spectrometry-based label-free proteomics analysis was performed to study the protein binders of GTSF-1 and RRF-3 in C. elegans. Anti-FLAG pull-downs were performed on 3xFLAG-tagged GTSF-1 (full-length or CTD-deleted) and 3xFLAG-tagged RRF-3 in C. elegans or in the wild-type N2 strain. Proteins were digested by trypsin. Peptides were measured on an Orbitrap Exploris 480 mass spectrometer. Raw data files were processed in DIA-NN software (version 2.2.0) in library-free mode. An in silico predicted spectral library was generated in DIA-NN from the UniProt reference proteomes of C. elegans (release 2024_03; 28,553 entries), E. coli K-12 strain (release 2024_03; 4,416 entries), the transgenic fusion proteins and a list of common contaminants.
