PXD072010 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProtein-protein interactions of RRF-3 in C. briggsae
DescriptionA mass spectrometry-based label-free proteomics analysis was performed to study the protein binders of RRF-3 in C. briggsae. Anti-MYC pull-downs were performed on 3xMYC-tagged RRF-3 in C. briggsae in a wild-type or gtsf-1 deletion background. Proteins were digested by trypsin. Peptides were measured on an Orbitrap Exploris 480 mass spectrometer. Raw data files were processed in DIA-NN software (version 2.2.0) in library-free mode. An in silico predicted spectral library was generated in DIA-NN from the UniProt reference proteomes of C. briggsae (release 2024_03; 21,756 entries), E. coli K-12 strain (release 2024_03; 4,416 entries), 3xMYC::RRF3 and a list of common contaminants.
