| Description | This study established a diagnostic model for Wilson's disease by integrating DIA and PRM proteomics to analyze urine samples. We identified 11 low-abundance protein biomarkers, achieving high diagnostic accuracy (AUC: 0.94-0.95) with an SVM model. Four key proteins were successfully validated in an independent cohort, offering a promising strategy for early WD detection. |
