| Description | Lysosomes were isolated from acute pancreatitis in mice induced by caerulein and proteomics was used for detection,we identified 1,049 differentially abundant proteins (568 downregulated, 481 upregulated).Our findings uncover the extensive functional reprogramming of lysosomes in AP and establish a crucial theoretical foundation for the future development of lysosome-targeted therapeutic strategies against this condition. |
