To dissect the molecular mechanism of ADCY7-mediated regulation of NF-B1 activation and macrophage pro-inflammatory function, we took advantage of an unbiased quantitative phospho-proteomic analysis of Adcy7 KO BMDMs using high-resolution tandem mass spectrometry. |
