PXD071180 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitlePrognostic biomarkers of distant recurrence following curative-intent resection of early-stage rectal cancers
DescriptionCurative-intent surgery is the recommended treatment for node-negative, early-stage rectal cancer. There is limited understanding of tumour biology linked to the infrequent events of distant recurrence in early-stage rectal cancer. The aim of this pilot study was to identify putative prognostic biomarkers associated with distant metastasis.
