| Description | This project characterizes the hormone-dependent secretome of bovine oviductal epithelial organoids. Organoids were stimulated with estradiol or progesterone to mimic follicular and luteal phases, and their secretions were analyzed by LC-MS/MS. The resulting proteomic profiles closely matched native oviductal fluid and revealed clear endocrine-specific signatures, demonstrating that organoids faithfully reproduce the molecular and secretory landscape of the bovine oviduct. |
