| Title | Identification of Host-Protein Interactors with BoAHV-1 UL48 via Mass Spectrometry in 293T Cells |
| Description | This project aims to identify host proteins that interact with BoAHV-1 UL48 using mass spectrometry. To achieve this, we transfected human 293T cells with both the GFP-UL48 and a control empty vector GFP-N1. We then performed co-immunoprecipitation using Magneti-G anti-GFP beads to enrich GFP protein complexes. The enriched complexes were analyzed through mass spectrometry to determine their protein composition, thereby elucidating potential protein-protein interaction networks. |
