PXD070844-1
PXD070844 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Nitrous oxide reduction over a broad pH range by a novel Schinkia sp. |
| Description | Shotgun proteomics was used to profile Schinkia acidoalkalinis strain CFF1, a newly isolated N2O-reducing bacterium capable of respiration. Genome analysis identified four clade II nosZ genes, and proteomics detected two of these under both alkaline and acidic growth conditions. For the proteomic results, samples C1, C2, and C3 are from a pH 8.5 condition, and samples C4, C5, and C6 from a pH 4.5 condition. The dataset includes raw MS files, Proteome Discoverer search outputs, and peptide-level quantification. |
