| Title | SIRT5 ameliorates cardiac fibrosis via PCK2 de-succinylation–mediated metabolic reprogramming in cardiac fibroblasts |
| Description | WT and Sirt5-/- CFBs were stimulated with TGF-β1 (10 ng/mL) for 36 hours. Cells were harvested, snap-frozen, and stored at -80℃. The experiment was independently repeated six times at different time points. Cells from each replicate were pooled to yield more than 3 mg of protein per group. Pooled WT and Sirt5-/- CFBs were submitted to PTM BIO (Zhejiang, China) for quantitative succinylomics analysis |
