PXD070780-1

PXD070780 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleComparative proteomics and phosphoproteomics analyses of glucocorticoid responses in breast cancer cell lines
DescriptionBreast cancer is often treated with glucocorticoids together with chemotherapy to relieve its side effects. However, it has been reported that glucocorticoids promote metastasis of breast cancer. In this study, we conducted quantitative mass-spectrometry to acquire proteome and phosphoproteome to understand the regulatory mechanism of glucocorticoids after dexamethasone treatments.
