PXD070681 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | DIA Proteomics of Differentiated hiPSC Model of HNF1A-MODY |
| Description | This dataset includes data-independent acquisition (DIA) proteomics of 12 human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) samples modeling HNF1A-MODY. The hiPSCs were differentiated to stage 0 and stage 4 (pancreatic progenitors) in three biological replicates for both wild-type and CRISPR-edited HNF1A mutant lines. |
