Dataset Summary
TitleGas plasma-induced bacterial PAMP release promotes skin cancer cell death
DescriptionThe aim of this study was to investigate plasma-induced bacterial PAMP release and their combination with direct gas plasma exposure in skin cancer cells in vitro. Supernatants of plasma-treated (pPAMP) and heat-inactivated (hPAMP) bacteria were analyzed using LC-MS/MS.
