Title	Photo-crosslinking MS analysis of CDK1-phosphorylated GST-M18BP1(312-490, Y412Bpa) and MBP-CENP-C(601-943)
Description	A GST-M18BP1(312-490) variant containing a photoactivatable Bpa residue at position Y412 was used to identify the binding interface with CENP-C(601-943). Upon UV irradiation (365 nm), covalent adducts were formed and enriched via GST affinity purification, followed by on-beads digestion and MS analysis of crosslinked peptides.
