PXD070076 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic Discovery of 2-AAA–Binding SAE1 and SUMO2/3-Related POLR2A
DescriptionThis dataset contains two types of proteomics experiments. First, we performed affinity-based pulldown assays using biotin-conjugated 2-aminoadipic acid (2-AAA) to identify proteins that directly bind to this metabolite. Second, we conducted SUMO1 or SUMO2/3 immunoprecipitation followed by LC-MS/MS to determine SUMO-associated proteins that are regulated by AASS. These experiments provide proteomic evidence supporting metabolite-driven activation of SUMO signaling and SUMO2/3-associated POLR2A.
