PXD068908 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Vaspin-induced effects in brown adipocytes – Phosphoproteome |
| Description | To gain insights into the cellular response of brown and white adipocytes to vaspin, a phosphoproteomic analysis was conducted. Murine brown (imBA) and white (3T3L1) cells were treated with 500 ng/ml vaspin for 30 min, followed by lysis in RIPA buffer. |
