Title	Human Colon Adenocarcinoma (Stage III) Proteomics
Description	This project consists of three cohorts. Cohort 1 includes 723 mass spectrometry runs from 175 malignant and 67 adjacent normal tissue samples. Cohort 2 includes 1,144 mass spectrometry runs from 386 malignant tissue samples. Cohort 3 consists of 198 malignant tissue samples. All samples were collected from patients diagnosed with stage III colon adenocarcinoma.
