PXD067764 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProteomic Profiling of the Pseudomonas aerugiosa PAO1 Stringent Response in Exponential and Stationary Phase
DescriptionTo investigate the influence of the stringent response mediator (p)ppGpp on the Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 proteome in both exponential (4hr growth) and stationary phase (18hr growth) in rich media. We performed shotgun proteomics on whole cell lysates. Samples beginning with ‘E’ indicate exponential phase where as those beginning with “S” indicate stationary phase. “PA” indicates wildtype PAO1, “SR” indicates a (p)ppGpp-null relA/ spot knockout and “SR+SR” indicates a complemented strain with RelA and SpoT complemented chromosomally, in trans.
