PXD067283 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Acacia gum-S. epidermidis CM protein identification |
| Description | Acacia gum as a topical prebiotic to explore its potential for rebalancing detrimental Staphylococcus aureus and beneficial Staphylococcus epidermidis in atopic dermatitis. A total of 231 proteins in the conditioned medium were identified. As expected, acacia gum significantly changed the protein expression of S. epidermidis. There were 29 proteins upregulated more than two-fold after acacia gum application. |
