PXD067087 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleApproaching the role of RcgA and RcgR
DescriptionThis study addresses the function of RcgA and RcgR, two proteins encoded near traR on pLPU83a, whose function has previously been associated with CT modulation. Through transcriptomic we show that RcgR functions as a repressor of CT, inhibiting traR expression and, as a consequence, the transcription of Dtr and Mpf genes
