| Title | Composition of extracellular matrix proteins in fibrotic intestine |
| Description | Mice with full-course DSS-induced chronic colitis formed the Fibrosis (Fb) group (n=4); controls received plain water. Post-harvest, intestines were dissected longitudinally along the mesentery and midline-bisected. Parallel segments underwent decellularization or PBS soaking before proteomic sequencing. Non-decellularized samples were designated Con (n=3)/Fb (n=4); decellularized samples as DCCon (n=3)/DCFb (n=4). |
