| Description | CRISPR-mediated loss of function show SPEN regulates cell cycle and other resistance associated pathways in hormone sensitive prostate cancer cells. In addition, loss of SPEN is associated with increased global protein synthesis secondary to down-regulation of the Integrated Stress Response pathway. LNCaP cells were treated with enzalutamide or DMSO for 72 hours and harvested for TMT-Mass Spectrometry analysis. |
