PXD066660 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleMyeloid cell-mediated killing of BCP-ALL by IgA2 variants of CD38 or CD20 antibodies is enhanced by CD47/SIRPα interference
DescriptionCharacterization of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies used in the context of B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (BCP-ALL). IgA2 antibodies targeting CD38 were analyzed using LC-MS/MS. Mass analysis, peptide mapping and glycoprofiling were performed to confirm sequence integrity and post-translational modifications. The analysis supports preclinical evaluation of antibody-based immunotherapies and provides insights into glycosylation relevant for effector function.
