PXD066491 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleProfiling of tumor-derived extracellular vesicles secreted by genetically MC38 modified cells
DescriptionIn this study exosomal vesicle protein content of genetically modified mouse MC38 colorectal cell lines was assessed. The genetic modifications included overexpression of IL18 and shRNA silencing of IL-10 or TGF-β in following combinations: IL18 overexpression, IL10 silencing, IL10 silencing and IL18 overexpression, TGF-β silencing, TGF-β silencing and IL18 overexpression. All lines were assessed via LFQ bottom-up proteomics relative to a WT control.
