| Description | In this study exosomal vesicle protein content of genetically modified mouse MC38 colorectal cell lines was assessed. The genetic modifications included overexpression of IL18 and shRNA silencing of IL-10 or TGF-β in following combinations: IL18 overexpression, IL10 silencing, IL10 silencing and IL18 overexpression, TGF-β silencing, TGF-β silencing and IL18 overexpression. All lines were assessed via LFQ bottom-up proteomics relative to a WT control. |
