PXD066331 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.
Dataset Summary
| Title | Mechanistic Insights into Postbiotic and Chemotherapy Combinations in Gastric Cancer Cells |
| Description | This study presents the design, synthesis, and in vitro evaluation of novel postbiotics combinations with chemotherapies as potential anticancer agents against gastric cancer. Several compounds showed strong cytotoxic and selective antiproliferative effects in AGS cells. To uncover the mode of action and the synergistic mechanisms, label-free quantitative proteomics was performed, revealing key alterations in proteins associated with various pathways, as indicated in IPA analysis. |
