Description	To investigate and identify the potential DUBs that stabilize and interact with DDR1, we performed immunoprecipitation of endogenous DDR1 with anti-DDR1 antibody (specific IP) or anti-IgG antibody (negative control) in A549 cells followed by mass spectrometry analysis.
