| Description | To investigate and identify that the host proteins interacting with PEDV NSP12, we transfected the p3×Flag-NSP12 and p3×Flag-CMV-10 plasmids into 293T cells, respectively. Then the proteins were immunoprecipitated with anti-Flag antibody. PEDV NSP12 interacting proteins and identified the precipitated proteins by Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer/Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). |
