Title	Comparative analysis of the proteome of CD4+ T lymphocyte from WT or FOXK1 KO mice
Description	Foxk1 is a transcription factor described to be involved in metabolism control. To investigate its role in T cell activation, and characterize the molecular pathways modulated by Foxk1, we determined by quantitative mass spectrometry analysis, the proteomes of control and Foxk1-/- CD4+ T cells activated with CD3/CD28 for 24 and 48 hours.
