PXD063915 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleAnalysis of the protein corona on nanoparticles in mouse plasma
DescriptionWe designed three types of nanoparticles with different lipid compositions, each exhibiting distinct tumor accumulation efficiencies. By isolating the protein corona formed on these nanoparticles in mouse plasma, we performed mass spectrometry to characterize the differential protein adsorption profiles. This analysis allowed us to identify key proteins potentially responsible for enhancing tumor accumulation of nanoparticles.
