Description	To understand the molecular mechanism underlying DMF’s inhibition of NLRP3 inflammasome in macrophage, we conducted chemoproteomics to identify the specific protein targets of DMF. We used MMFyne, a previously reported clickable DMF analogue to label and help identify potential DMF target proteins in macrophages.
