PXD063748 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleSoil metaproteomes from long term soil warming experiments in Blodgett Forest, CA
DescriptionMetaproteomic data for soil samples from paired control and warming plots in Blodgett Forest, CA. Soil samples across a depth profile (5 depth intervals, 0-10 cm, 10-30 cm, 30-45 cm, 45-60 cm, 60-80 cm) were taken from 3 paired control and warming plots after 4.5 years of warming. Samples were digested with trypsin, and analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Data was searched with MS-GF+ using PNNL's DMS Processing pipeline.
