PXD063518-1

PXD063518 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleThe proteome of Middle Pleistocene Xujiayao and common Denisovan cranial features
DescriptionShotgun palaeoproteomic analyses were conducted on hominin bone excavated from Xujiayao in northern China, dating to ~220-160 thousand years ago. A sequential fractionation workflow had identified 2096 amino acid positions within 18 proteins from the two bone samples. Further single amino acid polymorphisms (SAPs) validation indicated that the Xujiayao samples belong to Denisovans.
