PXD063339 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitlePSME3 Regulates Migration and Differentiation of Myoblasts
DescriptionThis is the first of 2 proteomics experiments in the same project (see https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2025.01.08.632048v1.full). This one is a co-Immunoprecipitation experiment aimed at determining the interaction partners of proteasome regulator PSME3. PSME3 was captured from C2C12 cell lysates using a PSME3-targeting antibody or an IgG control at several timepoints of serum starvation-induced differentiation (Cycling, Day 0, and Day 1). The immunoprecipitate was analyzed by mass spectrometry.
