Description	This submission contains the mass spectrometry files for the manuscript by Alejandro Saettone et al. that describes the functional characterization of the tetrahymena INO80 complex. AP-MS experiments were performed from tetrahymena thermophila cells and MS files were acquired on Orbitrap Fusion, 5600 TripleTOF and LTQ mass spectrometers.
