PXD062902 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleIdentification of GSDME-interacting proteins in HK-2 cells by immunoprecipitation-coupled LC-MS/MS analysis
DescriptionThis project aims to identify GSDME-associated proteins in human renal tubular epithelial (HK-2) cells using immunoprecipitation followed by LC-MS/MS. HK-2 cells overexpressing Flag-tagged GSDME were lysed, and protein complexes were enriched using anti-Flag antibody and Protein A/G magnetic beads. Protein lysates were analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Protein identification was performed using the UniProtKB human database. The dataset provides insights into the potential protein interactors of GSDME and their relevance to post-translational regulation.
