PXD062851 is an original dataset announced via ProteomeXchange.

Dataset Summary
TitleDIA-MS workflows for cyanobacterial proteomics
DescriptionIn this project we introduce new workflows for the in-depth description of the cyanobacterial proteome. The mainstay features of these workflows are the improvement of sample cleanup and digestion through the use of single-pot solid phase-enhanced sample preparation (SP3), the introduction of a recently developed trifluoroaceticacid lysis strategy, and the application of library-free data independent acquisition.
